Prospective tenants should be of retirement
age and have the ability to maintain personal independence with
limited assistance. Villa apartments are rented rather
than purchased, with no entrance fee.
A security deposit and lease are
required. Adjustments to the lease may be made on a
case-by-case basis if a tenant should no longer be able to live
safely in his or her own apartment. Villa apartments are
not subsidized.
