The Villa offers a regular calendar of
activities supplemented by special events and excursions
throughout the year. The retired "Park Easters"
(seniors living in Park East Apartments) join Villa residents on
a regular basis for fun, food and conversation in the Villa's
"Gathering Room". This beautifully decorated and
furnished room includes a welcoming conversation lounge, a
comfortable dining area and an indoor mail center. |

Right around the corner is a
fully applianced common kitchen for the use of tenants and their
families. Home of the Villa's popular morning coffee
klatch, card games, bingo night, birthday celebrations and
potluck suppers, Gathering Room activities are opened to all
residents on a comfortable, "come when you can" and
"come as you are basis". |

Villa special excursions have included a trip
to Maine's coast for an old-fashioned clam and lobster bake; a
cruise on Greenville's Katadhin to view the fall foliage; a
"must" annual trip to the Bangor Garden Show; and
holiday trips to Bangor's largest mall to view holiday
decorations, do a little shopping and have lunch out. |
